Yes, you can Nair. My aunt used to use the hair on the chin.
. pluck it will take some time, but it works. My friend just shaved.
You can always pull hair, or use duct tape and put it on his upper lip and pull it down. He goes to work. Lol.
Nair or use an electric shaver
Use tongs and / or discoloration.
