How To Make Cavy Cosy How Do You Pick Up A Cavy? (cavy=guinea Pig)?

How do you pick up a cavy? (cavy=guinea pig)? - how to make cavy cosy

Well ... I just said my first guinea pig, and everyone thought that to pick you. I'm not sure how to choose, I can not. I would really, really good friends with my guinea pig, Rocky, but I can not.

I have two days, but can not handle a pet. I move my hand slowly toward him and spoke softly, but he jumps up and running when barely touched.

Are all guinea pigs in this way?

We also bought a ranch igloo and loves to run it ...?

We first attack of the mining techniques. The recommended way to Guinea Lynx is something other than what I use, I repeat, one hand supporting the bottom with one hand on the shoulder with one finger between the legs (confused?). Just because my girls seem to suggest the way to Guinea Lynx.

Guinea Lynx firmly recommend wrapping his hands around his chest. Include a front leg a finger placed in front of him and use your other hand on her back legs and hips. Supposedly good for guinea pigs nervous or anxious.

Second dass imagine, in South America, among tall grasses, there are many hiding places, but there are also many birds. These birds are big (from the standpoint of the guinea pigs) and from above, blast and attack. Now there is this big bird that comes from above, ground attack, but they are catching up. My first suggestion is from a horizontal plane, always have a food as a piece of parsley on hand to speak. Why talk? Guinea pigs have their eyes on the side of the head, so that its scope is, what do know some that you are limited there. For a while, you probably have to restrict ads for you to hide in a corner so that you can get it. My guinea pig is afraid that by his surroundings, and probably confusing. Building a relationship with a Guinea Pig takes time and patience, but if you are willing to give them the what can happen, too.
\\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ U0026lt;br> Third, almost all guinea pigs so early, but as I said with time and patience, straight from the bowl. I know this person, a guinea pig head leaning on the side of the cage waiting for a hug is!

Do not worry about running around the hut. You probably do not know what to do with it. Give him time.

Good luck!

Well, I would wait another day. Then put her cage on the floor. Apply. To be able to paddle or you can. If the lid removed, and all (like her toys and food bowl, and how!) Has been removed from the cage, it is much easier to take the guinea pigs! Once you have selected, brings him to his chest. Hold with one hand and stroked it gently with his other hand. Talk to him. Say things like "Okay!" And so on. Once you've calmed down a bit, put your hand from under his sure touch that keeps your right hand, another spent his legs! And then she gently laid on the floor. further until he knows that will not hurt! In addition, some of them food, vegetablesIES and fruit every day!

The igloo hut is ideal for Guinea-pigs! Extremely Guinea Pigs who have anxiety often worry about! If you fear her guinea pigs, to his igloo hut, and try not to disturb them. This is the best thing to do for him.

I hope that answers your question and good luck with your guinea pigs! Thank you and good luck!

They are sometimes hard to catch! It's instinct, always run a little when you approach. Place one hand on the shoulder blade to him with his other hand. You may feel safe, so he held against the chest or safely on your lap (you can put a towel on his first lap). Guinea pigs can not jump or fall to the ground as well, so please exercise caution. :)
